Our Journey

The origins of OQGN trace back to the turn of the century, when Oman Gas company SAOC was incorporated in 2000, and was renamed from OGC to OQ Gas Networks in 2020. OQGN is Oman’s exclusive owner and operator of the natural gas transmission network.

Over the last two decades, OQGN has successfully transformed the business from a small gas transport company into a critical infrastructure player with a 4030 km pipeline network connecting producers with consumers in Oman.

Vision

To be the national champion in the management and development of energy infrastructure through innovative and sustainable solutions.

Mission

We transport energy in a reliable, efficient, safe, and sustainable way.
